By booking an appointment with Velouré, you acknowledge and agree to following terms:
Services & Scope of Practive

Velouré provides therapeutic bodywork focused on relaxation, recovery, and overall wellness. Services are non-medical and are not a substitute for licensed medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
Payment & Deposits

A deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward your session total. Remaining balances are due at the time of service.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the deposit or may be charged in full.
